Obituary for James "Jim" Stephens

Called home by our Lord and reunited with his beloved son Jeffrey James on September 1, 2018, age 66. Loving and devoted husband of Dorothy (nee Patton). Proud and loving father of Robert “Bob” (Angela) Stephens, the late Jeffrey Stephens, and Jennifer (Jesse) Moths. Adoring grandpa of Holden, Alec, Mason, Marek, Myah, Trey, Ty, and Tanner. Dear brother of Dennis, Joan (Bud) Thelen, and David (Maureen) Stephens. Cherished Uncle by many nieces and nephews. Remembered and deeply missed by many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Wesley and Lucille Stephens.

Visitation at Wisconsin Memorial Park - Chapel of the Chimes, on Wednesday, September 5 from 4:30 – 7:00 PM. Funeral Service at 7:00 PM. Burial at Wisconsin Memorial Park on Thursday. Meet in the GREEN parking area at 9:45 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.

Jim retired from the City of Wauwatosa Streets Department with over 28 years of dedicated service.

Hunting was his true passion; fishing, Packers, Brewers baseball were a few of his favorite past-times.
